hi, I’m Anna

Let me support you in creating a nourished, connected postpartum.

I am an early years Waldorf teacher and anthroposophic postpartum practitioner devoted to nurturing the sacred beginning of family life. My work weaves together the warmth and wisdom of Waldorf traditions with grounded, practical postpartum support, creating sanctuary-like spaces where families feel held, seen, and deeply nourished.

With a background in early childhood education and over two decades immersed in family care, I support parents in honouring their intuition, cultivating rhythm and rest, and creating a gentle foundation during the tender weeks and months after birth. I believe the postpartum period is not only a time of physical recovery, but a soul-threshold, where parents and babies are invited into a slower, more reverent rhythm, protected by warmth, presence, and community.

Through workshops, 1-1 consultations, and gentle in-home support, I help families emotionally, spiritually, and practically throughout the early weeks and months (even years) of life after birth, fostering environments where loving connection, simplicity, and trust in the unfolding of life can flourish.

My Values

Anthroposophy

The Waldorf Postpartum Model which I apply to my practice and workshops, has been developed by myself based on the philosophy of Rudolf Steiner. anthroposophy means “wisdom of the human being” and can be understood as “consciousness of one’s humanity”. Anthroposophy is not a religion but a spiritual path. Steiner was seeking to establish specific systems to optimize physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
This deeply aligns with my personal values.

Warmth & Presence
I honour the profound importance of warmth; physical, emotional, and spiritual as the foundation of early life and family wellbeing.

Rhythm & Rest
I guide families toward gentle rhythms that protect rest, connection, and the quiet unfolding of the fourth trimester.

Reverence for Childhood & Parenthood
Parenthood is a sacred initiation. I support families in slowing down, listening inward, and welcoming this new chapter with trust and tenderness.

Holistic, Heart-Led Care
Drawing from Anthroposophy and contemporary postpartum wisdom, I bridge soulful care with evidence-informed support.

Community & Belonging
No parent should walk this journey alone. I believe in re-weaving community around new families, honouring the ancient truth that care is collective.
