This is the official pilot of Family Folk’s postpartum course for new and expecting parents, rooted in holistic Waldorf principles and held by me, Anna.
It’s an in-person, 2-hour pilot worshop run in Forest Row, East Sussex.
The workshop will be run in a beautiful, intimate space still to be announced. Spaces are limited to 7 families. This is the pre-curser to the full 5-week course coming this summer. Expect a mixture of gentle presentation, reflections, nervous system practices, sharing, meditations and community building in a warm, held environment.
Refreshments will be provided.
