Postpartum SOS session (in-person)

£90.00

| When parenthood feels harder than expected |

What you’ll get:

  • 90-minute home visit

  • Holistic postpartum assessment

  • Priority booking

  • Follow-up email with action plan

Is your postpartum season feeling very different from what you expected? You may be feeling overwhelmed, isolated, exhausted, uncertain or simply in need of someone to help you make sense of what is happening.

In this one-to-one support session, we explore your family's current experience, identify areas where extra support may be needed and create a practical, compassionate plan for moving forward. Where appropriate, I can also connect you with local services and specialist support.

My approach

My work is rooted in a Waldorf and anthroposophical understanding of early life, honouring the spiritual significance of this threshold, the importance of rhythm, sensory calm, and the deep connection between parent and baby.

This is not just practical support, but a way of caring that holds the whole family in a thoughtful and respectful way.

Please get in touch with me via “enquires” at the top of the page before booking.

*This service is not medical care, but a space for guidance, reflection, practical support, and signposting during the postpartum period.

I provide educational, practical and emotional postpartum support. They do not replace medical care, mental health services, or emergency support. If you have concerns about your own or your baby's health, please contact your GP, health visitor, midwife, NHS 111, or emergency services as appropriate.
